A broken heart trying to navigate a season of ache. Trying to walk in faith, choosing truth above feelings. Though today I am no longer in that place, my heart will always be close to the broken hearted.
I wrote Gray Hair overwhelmed and anxious by my fears. In the fruitless place of worrying. I still often enter that room but I’m thankful that even when it gets dark, the light of truth always shines brighter and saves me.
This is a song I wrote about a hopeful broken heart. It is a celebration of the chapter that lies ahead, trusting that when things don't go as planned is for the best.
